Immigration is a complex and emotionally stressful process. Candidates often struggle with unclear pathways and low trust, while consultants face poor lead quality and high administrative overhead. This project explores how product design can reduce uncertainty for candidates and improve efficiency for consultants by structuring the journey around clarity, guidance, and transparency.
I designed Immispot as an end-to-end product concept, focusing on personas, user journeys, information architecture, and dashboard UX for both sides of the marketplace. The product was designed but not launched, and no real user metrics were collected.

The Challenge
Designing Immispot involved balancing the needs of two very different user groups with conflicting priorities. Immigrant candidates required emotional reassurance, clarity, and step-by-step guidance in a high-stress decision-making process, while immigration consultants needed efficiency, trust signals, and high-quality leads with minimal administrative effort. The main challenge was creating a shared platform that reduced uncertainty without oversimplifying complex legal processes, while also establishing trust and transparency in a domain where mistakes can have serious personal consequences.
The Solution
Design & Prototyping
The mockups illustrate key moments of the Immispot experience, focusing on consultant discovery, case management, and document handling. They were designed to demonstrate how complex immigration workflows can be simplified through clear information hierarchy, guided actions, and a calm, trustworthy visual language.
